We just got a letter from our Compassion International child. Every week we take an offering for his family and raise the $32 per month that is needed to help him have food, schooling and the other things his family needs. Last year you guys gave so much money that we were able to send the family an additional $300 around Christmas to bless them. The letter we just got contained some great news about how God used the extra money that we sent his family to provide for them.

What a reward of seeing how happy this family is because of our gifts. To learn more about how God rewards us when we serve him listen to the Rewards of Serving Bible Study.

I'm proud of you guys for being so generous. It's all God's money and when we honor Him by giving our 10% or more back to Him He can do some amazing things!!!

Hello. I am so glad to write this letter. Having you as sponsor is a real hope for my life. I and my family lack words to thank for your gesture. See why I say that we are relieved—my parents, my brothers, sisters and I were living in a small house with only one bed room but thank to the amount of $300 you sent, we built the house that you can see in the photo and also bought good stuff for Christmas. May God bless you richly. Please, keep praying for my parents and my school. Happy New Year 2007.
